From Leadership Experience to Purpose and Joy
My formative years taught me resilience and the value of finding the right environment. Boarding school in Darjeeling proved to be a defining chapter, offering structure, camaraderie, and two passions that remain with me to this day: music and dramatics. I still play the harmonica and weave elements of theatre into my sessions to make learning engaging and memorable. After graduation, I pursued an MBA, a master's degree in strategic communications, and a doctorate focused on Functional Fluency and service quality. For 27 years, I served in higher education, as Head of Department, Director of Student Affairs, and Principal of a Management School.
SageBench Coaching™ brings together my institutional experience and coaching expertise in a more focused way. As an ICF-certified coach, Functional Fluency TIFF Provider, I offer a professional, non-judgmental space where individuals can build clarity, presence, and authentic leadership.
As a Functional Fluency TIFF Trainer, you can earn your license to coach, and ICF coaches can renew their coach credentials by earning their ICF CCEUs and becoming a licensed TIFF provider as well.
