SageBench Coaching™ brings together my experience in higher education, leadership, coaching, behavioural development, and professional learning to support individuals, leaders, educators, and institutions strengthen leadership capability, communication, professional effectiveness, and purposeful growth.
My formative years at boarding school in Darjeeling nurtured resilience, adaptability, and a lifelong interest in music and theatre. These experiences continue to influence my approach to facilitation, learning, and leadership development.
A deep interest in human behaviour, communication, and leadership has shaped my academic and professional journey. I hold an MBA, a Master's degree in Strategic Communications, and a Doctorate examining Functional Fluency and service quality. Over nearly three decades in higher education, I have served as Head of Department, Director of Student Affairs, and Principal of a Management School.
As an ICF-certified coach and Licensed TIFF® Coach, I draw upon coaching, behavioural learning, reflective inquiry, and practical developmental frameworks to support leadership development, professional presence, interpersonal effectiveness, and personal and professional growth.
Every engagement is tailored to its context rather than delivered through a one-size-fits-all methodology. I aim to create a supportive, professionally grounded, and non-judgmental space in which individuals and organisations can reflect, develop, and act with greater intention.
