My work focuses on helping individuals, educators, leaders, and institutions strengthen personal effectiveness, leadership capability, communication, and professional growth.
My formative years at boarding school in Darjeeling taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of finding the right environment to grow. They also nurtured two lifelong passions, music and theatre, which continue to influence my approach to facilitation, learning, and development.
A deep interest in human behaviour, communication, and leadership has shaped my academic and professional journey. I hold an MBA, a Master's degree in Strategic Communications, and a Doctorate exploring Functional Fluency and service quality. Over nearly three decades in higher education, I have served in leadership roles including Head of Department, Director of Student Affairs, and Principal of a Management School.
Through SageBench Coaching™, I bring together my experience in education, leadership, coaching, and behavioural development. As an ICF-certified coach and licensed Functional Fluency TIFF Provider, I work with professionals, educators, leaders, and institutions to foster greater self-awareness, behavioural effectiveness, executive presence, and authentic leadership.
My approach combines coaching, reflective inquiry, and practical developmental frameworks to create a supportive, professionally grounded, and non-judgmental space for meaningful growth.
