1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SageBench Coaching (www.sagebenchcoaching.in). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including life coaching, career coaching, executive coaching, leadership mentoring, TIFF© profiling, career guidance, workshops, executive education, coach education (including TPLT offered by Functional Fluency International BV, Netherlands), and retreats (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SageBench Coaching is a sole proprietorship owned and led by Dr. Vickram Sahai. 

SageBench and SageBench Coaching are trademarks of Vickram Sahai.

The TIFF Provider Licensing Training (TPLT) is governed by the terms and conditions of Functional Fluency International BV, Netherlands. TPLT certification is issued by Functional Fluency International. Dr. Vickram Sahai is an authorised TPLT trainer. For full details, please visit https://functionalfluency.com.

2. Services Description & Disclaimer SageBench Coaching provides personal and professional development services aimed at helping individuals and organisations live with purpose and joy. Our Services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, retreats, and related offerings.

Important Disclaimer: Coaching is not therapy, psychological counselling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your active participation and effort. We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

3. User Eligibility & Account Creation You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at sahai@sagebench.in of any unauthorised use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fees, Payment & Billing All fees are listed on the Website or provided in quotes. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other specified methods. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

For Individual Clients: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund (less any processing fees). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

For Institutional/Organisational Workshops & Retreats: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 21 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund (less non-refundable processing or travel expenses). Cancellations made 14–20 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 13 days or for no-shows. However, you may reschedule to a mutually agreed date within 6 months, subject to availability.

Important Note on Venue Bookings: Any payments made directly to third-party retreat venues (resorts, hotels) for accommodation, meals, or facilities are non-refundable once processed by the venue. Such costs will be deducted from any refund due.

SageBench Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure), in which case a full refund or credit will be provided. All refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property All content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided during Services (including TIFF© tools, worksheets, and recordings) are owned by SageBench Coaching or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Client-provided materials remain your property.

7. Confidentiality We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer Services are provided “as is” without warranties. SageBench Coaching and Vickram Sahai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold SageBench Coaching, Vickram Sahai, and our team harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of Services or breach of these Terms.

10. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by written notice, subject to any outstanding fees.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by SageBench Coaching.

12. Force MajeureWe are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last update is shown above.
