Cancellation & Refund Policy

SageBench Coaching is committed to delivering high-value coaching, mentoring, education, workshops, and retreats. To ensure smooth planning and respect for preparation and venue commitments, the following policy applies. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to sahai@sagebench.in

A. Individual Coaching / Mentoring Sessions

1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session for a full refund (less any non-refundable processing fees).

2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and may incur a nominal administrative fee (if applicable).

4. Packages (e.g., 6-session or 9-session programs): Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period (usually 6 months from purchase), but no cash refunds for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

B. Cancellation & Refund Policy -  Institutional / Organizational Workshops & Retreats

SageBench Coaching is committed to delivering high-value workshops and retreats for institutions and organizations. To ensure smooth planning and respect for venue and preparation commitments, the following policy applies:

1. Booking Confirmation Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee or agreed deposit. All bookings are subject to availability and these Terms.

2. Cancellation by Client Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to sahai@sagebench.in.

• 21 days or more prior to the scheduled start date: Full refund (less any non-refundable processing fees or expenses already incurred).
• 14–20 days prior: 50% refund.
• 13 days or less prior, or no-show: No refund.

3. Non-Refundable Venue Bookings Any payments made directly to third-party retreat venues (resorts, hotels, conference centres) for accommodation, meals, meeting spaces, or other facilities are non-refundable once processed by the venue — regardless of cancellation timing. Such costs will be deducted from any refund due. SageBench Coaching will provide receipts or proof of venue payments upon request.

4. Rescheduling In case of cancellation, you may reschedule to a mutually agreed future date within 6 months from the original date, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee (if applicable). Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund of any venue or processing fees already paid.

5. Cancellation by SageBench Coaching We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops/retreats due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or instructor unavailability). In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund, or
• A full credit toward a future workshop/retreat of equivalent value, at our discretion. We will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Refund Processing All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method. Refunds exclude any non-recoverable costs (e.g., venue bookings, payment gateway charges, travel expenses incurred).

7. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government orders, or extreme weather.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all institutional and organizational bookings. For individual client cancellations, please refer to the relevant policy.

C. The TIFF Coach Licensing Training is governed by the terms and conditions of the Functional Fluency International, the Netherlands.
